Important tips to avoid becoming a victim of fraud:

  • Be extremely careful before you click on any links in e-mail or text messages.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Make sure you are dealing with an established/trusted business before you share with them your debit card number, bank account number, or other personally identifiable information.
  • If you believe your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, please call us at (918) 272-5301 to disable it. If after hours, please call (888) 263-3370.
  • Use digital or mobile banking to monitor your account, and make use of spending and low balance alerts.

We will never call you to verify your banking password or personal information. When in doubt, contact the bank directly during normal business hours or use the Secure Support feature through online and mobile banking.
